Thomas was born in 1867 at Paradise (SA), in the hills to the east of Adelaide (SA). He died as an infant in 1868, just a few weeks before his first birthday. His death registration records his place of residence and of death as Shipley (SA). This probably should be Shepley (SA), which was located near Darley (SA).
