Note

The children associated with Mary Ann are not proven, they were attributed to Mary Ann's parebts in the IGI but this seems unlikely due to their ages. There were also two more children - Lillian (b.1894) and Rosillia (b.1896) - who were also attributed to Thomas and Elizabeth in the IGI.
