Note | In 1881, William was a witness at the marriage of Samuel WILDMAN (aged 22) and Susannah SUGARS (aged 22) held in Riseley, Bedfordshire, England. The other witness was Samuel's sister, Susan WILDMAN. In 1882, William married Susan WILDMAN in the parish church at Riseley. William was a labourer at that time. Both signed their own name, although Susan's was barely legible. The witnesses were Frank DICKENS and Sarah Ann HANCOCK. In the 1901 census, William (aged 41) and Susan (aged 38) were living at Broughton in Northamptonshire, England. William was employed as a general labourer.
